I'm definitely regretting how long it takes, but I find it helps me evaluate what I'm *actually* awarding As/Bs etc to. I'll usually find at least one or two papers where I go, well, if I said these other 3-4 were Bs, then this is a B+. But yeah, it's time consuming!!
