Oh hi! Look over yonder, it’s a wild Friday post. Remember those? I was inspired by Natalie from
, so without further ado, here’s what my eyes found appealing this summer on Substack.Highlights
☕ I read the most in the morning
NDLR: This is patently false. After going back to full time work in May, I can barely get dressed before I start work, let alone read personal email. I generally do all of my email/Substack reading in the evening or at night (like I am right now) so while I have no data to prove this, please take my word for it. Also every single one of these posts I’ve seen says ‘I read the most in the morning’ so I think it’s a bug.1

NDLR - French for ‘note de la rédaction’ aka Editor’s Note, an objectively cooler acronym for such a thing.

Yes! The data is unreliable. I don’t write here, only read. And the summary was inaccurate.
I write on Wordpress and their data is also unreliable.
I don’t think it’s a bug, but a feature. Why? Oh, I think I know.🍻
